Chief Financial Officer Advisor

DecisionCFO provides progressive CFO’s a platform to work with growth companies in a fractional way. As a consulting CFO, you will work with a variety of clients providing senior management services at a hands-on level. The qualified candidate will have operational experience, participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team, and report financial results to management, the board of directors and auditors while managing multiple engagements and personnel.

Controller Advisor

As a Controller consultant assigned to various small/emerging growth/mid-sized corporate  clients, and  reporting typically to the CEO, CFO or COO, the Controller  will play a critical role in providing transactional accounting support, monthly closings, monthly/quarterly/year-end financial reporting and analysis services. Among other items, this includes the accurate and timely entry of all financial data; managing payroll process; prompt and accurate financial reporting to management; ensuring adequate review of all expenditures; managing cash flow; and advising the executive team. In addition to core accounting and finance responsibilities, the Controller will conduct audit preparation and financial statement reporting as well as other ad-hoc projects.  Functions may vary by engagement.
